Planning Your Visit

  • ACS LATAM 2025 will take place at Google LATAM HQ Theater in São Paulo, Brazil. Venue access and entry details will be shared with registered attendees.

    • Reception: Tuesday, October 21, 2025

    • Main Event: Wednesday, October 22, 2025

    • Guarulhos International Airport (GRU): Best option for international arrivals. Allow ~2 hours to reach the venue due to traffic.

    • Congonhas Airport (CGH): Closer to the venue (~30–40 minutes), but serves only domestic flights.

  • Yes. These options are all convenient to the venue (some within walking distance).

  • Yes. Attendance is complimentary, but space is limited. Registration is required to confirm your spot. Please do so here.

    • Uber is reliable and widely used throughout São Paulo, including to/from airports.

    • Taxi: There’s a taxi point on the ground floor of the Google building.

    • Public transit: A bus station is located directly in front of the office.

    • Private car service: Recommended for airport pickups and executive transfers.
