After ACS: Continuing the Conversation

Two Briefs in so many daysโ€ฆ

One of the strongest pieces of feedback we heard after ACS25 was clear: you wanted more conversation. Attendees wanted time to ask questions and dig deeper, and speakers wanted more space to expand on their ideas.

Thatโ€™s why we created After ACS. Itโ€™s a follow-on series where we revisit the top five to ten talks from ACS25 and hold extended discussions. These are not repeat sessions: they are opportunities to go deeper, answer the questions youโ€™ve been thinking about since San Sebastiรกn, and keep the conversation moving forward.

Hereโ€™s how it works:

  • Members and ACS25 attendees will get exclusive access to the full recorded webinars.

  • Members can submit questions in advance, and weโ€™ll bring them into the conversation.

  • Clips from the discussions will be shared on LinkedIn so the broader community can get a taste of whatโ€™s happening.

First Up: Kyle Gordon, AMAG Technology

I am happy to present to you Kyle Gordon, EVP, Global Sales, Marketing, & Commercial Excellence at AMAG Technology and our recorded After ACS.

You can find it on the same page as all the other ACS25 videos posted under you account (top right at www.leeodess.com. Login and you will see โ€œACS25 Videosโ€ listed). See the red arrow below. The title of the session is โ€œAfter ACS - Session 1 - Kyle Gordon.โ€

Kyle and I had a one-on-one fireside chat at ACS25 where he shared his leadership philosophies and challenged the industry to think differently. That session struck a chord with many change makers, and you can still find the original recording on the ACS site here.

Because of the strong reception, Kyle and I recorded a follow-on discussion to go even deeper. (Our plan was to do this live, but a few technical difficulties pushed us to record it later.) The result: 44 minutes and 30 seconds of thoughtful, candid conversation that I think youโ€™ll really enjoy.

Coming up after Kyle:

  • Steve Van Till, CEO of Brivo โ€“ Following his My Viewpresentation on how our industry is both underappreciated and underpriced.

  • John Russell, VP of Design at Verkada โ€“ Continuing our fireside chat on his design philosophies and how he sees great design through the lens of fine dining.

After ACS is about keeping the dialogue alive. The energy at ACS25 was just the start. This series ensures the most important ideas donโ€™t stop when the event ends.

Check it out and let us know what you think!

And in other newsโ€ฆ

If you're a marketer in security or proptech, you already know: most industry events aren't really built for you.

Hilary and I have talked about this since day one.

We wanted to create an event for marketers. We've both felt the gap, not just in content, but in community, and we believed we could help fill it, because weโ€™ve lived it.

So we teamed up with the crew at Bloxspring (Adam Malik PJ Appleton) to make it happen.

The first event is this fall in NYC. The next one will be on Bloxspringโ€™s home court in London.
